“Chelsea was phenomenal to work with! She took time to really get to know me and my family's needs and wants. She was extremely detail oriented and followed through with every task or question that came up. She was extremely responsive and always answered my questions in a timely manner. She was thorough when it came to explaining each step of the buying process and went above and beyond to help us in our home search! I would HIGHLY recommend working with her; you won't regret it!”

“We recently relocated to Oregon from BC, Canada and were so lost when it came to real estate rules and information here. Chelsea walked us through everything step by step and was so easy to work with. She planned a home finding weekend since we were only in town for a short time and was able to find us an off-market home in our desired neighborhood! She was very professional and very kind, we feel lucky to have found her!”

“Chelsea did a wonderful job helping us find a home from literally across the country. She did video tours with us, worked with our contractor, and answered all our questions. She made moving across the country a little less stressful. I will recommend her to everyone I know.”

“I recommend Chelsea without reservation! She is so thorough, knowledgeable and helpful! She took time to fully understand our desires and she made amazing recommendations. In fact, the house we bought wasn't even on our radar, but Chelsea recommended it and it was amazing! She is kind, very responsive, and made searching from another state very easy. Highly recommended!”

Why Jacksonville?
We chose Jacksonville because we wanted a small town feel and a walkable city. We love that we are able to walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and even the elementary school. The sense of community is very strong and it is a very safe and friendly place.
What are your favorite things to do in Jacksonville?
Jacksonville is very family friendly, we can take the kids to numerous parks and community events. In Summer Doc Griffin park has a cute splash pad. There are also lots of hiking trails available. There are numerous great restaurants for a small town – whether grabbing coffee at GoodBean, Cerberus, or Pony Espresso to a family friendly meal at Bella Union or Las Palmas. For a date night we love Jacksonville Inn or C Street Bistro. There are many options for wineries in or just a few minutes from Jacksonville.

Why did you choose to make Medford home?
We interviewed for multiple different jobs in different locations and ended up choosing Medford! Some deciding factors were the smaller (but not too small) size of the community, the quality of the hospital with a great diversity of medical cases, temperate PNW weather, distance to coast/Portland/Sacramento, and the fact that everyone we talked to here said they loved it.
What are some of your favorite things to do in Medford?
Some of our favorite things to do in Medford is participate in the community! There are so many great people we have met as we participate in community events and children's sports/school activities. We feel a sense of belonging here. We also like biking and hiking as a family.

What is one of your favorite restaurants in Medford?
Our favorite steakhouse in town is Porter's. They are converted from an old train depot and really lean into the theme. There are some pretty reasonably-priced kid selections, and they have fire pit tables in the back for winter outdoor dining. We love them so much that we order their Thanksgiving meal and eat prime rib instead of turkey!
